Micro Production - Needs Micro Gripper I In order to process 1.3 mm small particles efficiently for the watch industry, our robots need good eyesight and a "delicate touch". This mini gripper was manufactured with high precision using mini tools, as can be seen in the following image.

This system loads the particles into the mold, removes the finished parts from the injection molding machine and places them separately in the corresponding cavities. In the same operation, up to 6 inspected inserts are placed in the injection molding machine. Which are simultaneously prepared by a second robot within a few seconds.
